Transfer of remains of deceased citizens

In implementation of Instruction No. 14/2003 of 01/11/2003, the consulate authorizes the transfer of the body of the deceased Algerian citizen in the administrative district of the Consulate in Alicante for burial in the national territory.
The autorisation issuance file consists of:

• Death certificate issued by the Spanish authorities
• autorisation  issued by the competent medical authorities
• Transfer release report issued by the competent medical authorities
• A medical certificate of non-infection issued by the medical authorities
• travel ticket
