PARENTAL AUTHORIZATION
- A travel permit, which is issued only in the absence of one of the parents or legal guardian when the children are traveling. Download the form.
- This document is valid for 3 months from the date of its issuance. The presence of the parent or legal guardian is mandatory. An Algerian identity document and the family book, or a full copy of the child's birth certificate or an extract of his birth certificate registered at the consulate, must be presented, if he was born abroad.
