• Download and complete the application form electronically www.consulalg.es the form must be printed and signed by the interested party,
• Original passport and a copy of the first two pages of the passport (the validity should not be less than 6 months), two recent regular photos, size 45*35 mm, with a white background,
• photos printed directly on the form are not accepted,
• Travel insurance certificate (valid for not less than 30 days,
• An identity document validated by the services of the municipality affiliated to the residence of the holder of his national identity card, passport, hotel reservation, or invitation of this one in Algeria,
• copy of the ticket,

The Algerian consulate may require, if necessary, other documents
