WORK VISA

• Download and complete the application form electronically ( www.consulalg.es ) the form must be printed and, signed by the interested party,
• Original passport and a copy of the first two pages of the passport, the validity of which is not less than 6 months.
• Two recent regular photos, 35 x 45 mm format, on a white background (photos printed directly on the file are not accepted)
• A signed letter bearing the stamp of the Spanish company specifying the domain, the type of work of the company and the reasons for the visit to Algeria,
• A copy of the commercial license of the Spanish company,
• A certificate of non-objection duly signed and bearing the stamp of the Spanish company,
• A signed invitation bearing the stamp of the employment services or companies.
• A temporary work permit in Algeria issued by the competent authority as part of a work visa.
• Copy of the employment contract concluded between the Algerian company and its economic operators outside the temporary work period,
• Commitment to the rapatriation of the foreign employee after the end of the employment contract.
• A copy of the travel insurance certificate (valid for no less than 180 days.

The Algerian consulate may require, if necessary, other documents.
