CONSULAR PASS

This document is an exceptional travel document that is delivered to any Algerian citizen who is not registered at the consulate, to enable him to return to Algeria, in the event that his passport is lost or stolen.

This document is only valid for return to Algeria for a one-way trip and on the most direct route.

It can be issued by submitting the following documents:

A declaration of loss or theft issued by the consulate on the basis of what is proven by the nearest police station.
Proof of Algerian nationality by submitting a copy of the passport if necessary, an Algerian national identity card or a military booklet with a personal photo.
Three recent personal photos, full face and of the same print (size 3.5 x 4.5 cm)

pass is also issued to newborns not registered at the consulate to allow them to enter the national territory
Important :

An entry permit application must be submitted to the Consulate 72 hours prior to departure.
