Legal framework: Ordinance No. 74/103 of 11/15/1974 containing the national service law in accordance with the aforementioned order. During the officially specified period, and every year, a statistical table is prepared for young Algerians residing in the consular district and adults of 18 years of age. accompanied by their presence
It consists of the following documents

•   The original birth certificate issued by the municipality of birth
•    Its validity period is less than 05 five years, a copy of the consular card
•    School certificate for the current year
•   The name of the person concerned on the back has two 02 regular photographs written on them

Note: The consulate delivers a census certificate to those concerned. As for people who did not come forward to census themselves, they are automatically counted according to the law.
