RANSCRIPTION OF CIVIL RECORDS

Documents to be submitted to obtain the Algerian marriage contract:

1. Algerian identity card - national identity card or passport.
2. Original Spanish marriage certificate of less than 03 three months.
3. Original birth certificate of the husband, under 03 three months.
4. Birth certificate of the original wife under 03 three months.
5. A copy of the consular card for those registered.

The presence of the concerned is necessary

Death registration:
Documents to be submitted to register a death:

1. The original death certificate issued by the Spanish authorities for the deceased person
2. Proof of the Algerian nationality of the deceased
3. The original birth certificate of the deceased
4. The passport of the deceased or the Algerian identification card
5. The original family book

Translating civil status documents:
To translate civil status documents into Spanish, the following must be submitted:

1. Original Algerian identity card plus a photocopy.
2. The original birth certificate issued by the municipality of birth less than 03 months old.
3. The original marriage contract issued by the municipality in which the marriage is registered, less than 03 months old.
4. The original death contract issued by the municipality in which the death is registered less than 03 months ago.
5. Family Certificate Submission of the original family book.
